第一次遇到这样的酒，只有点淡淡的酒味。倒是果香浓郁，酸甜适宜。更像夏天在西安喝的冰镇酸梅汤。

 

A faro is basically a lambic blended with candi sugar, making it much sweeter than a lambic. Other common ingredients used are orange peel, pepper, and coriander. Due to such a strange flavor, it’s hard to pair with any type of food, and is usually categorized as a dessert beer.
Alcohol content is average, ranging from 4 to 6 percent. Faros are best served between 45 and 50 degrees. These aren’t popular beers by any means, so there’s a chance you will never see one unless you’re actually on a hunt for it. [原文链接]
